I'm not sure how to do any of this, certainly not a screen shot. I'm using Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge as far as I know. I'm on a Desk Top computer. This happens when I'm using my comp or after a scan. At the same time Anti Tracker brings up an interfacae telling me how many people it's stopped tracking me, so seems to be some contradictions. I don't need to buy Anti Tracker when I already have it and presumably it's activated, don't know if you can tell but it says so in My Account.

When the interface comes up on my computer why does it tell me I'm being tracked, by eight people it seems, when I already have AV Anti Tracker on my computer. Why does it ask me to buy it. I assume I have it activated? They have done this before. At the same time the interface is telling me I'm fully protected and after I have run the regular scan which I do about once a week. There shouldn't be anyone tracking me if I've got Anti Tracker on.
