In this regard, we'd suggest you to try reinstalling AVG AntiTrack once to check if it helps.

I did the uninstall and reinstall of the AVG AntiTrack and unfortunately it did not help. The anti-tracking and browser protection continues to shut off and the potential tracking attempts blocked window still opens every 30 seconds.
