Are you experiencing this issue with specific website or on all website?

Recently - despite doing several malware scans and also reinstalling both IE11 & AVG Free - AVG is blocking ALL my access to the internet! (Both IE11 and Chrome.)
The only way I can get on to the Internet (POP3 Email is fine) is to temporarily DISABLE AVG - which is not a great idea!
(Running Windows 7 - so initially thought it was a ploy by MicroSoft to get me to upgrade to W10 - but seems not to be...)
Can anyone offer any assistance, PLEASE?
