Hello Gunaseelan,

thank you for the fast answer, adding to the exception list so far seems to work fine.
If any changes happen, I will try disabling components.

Thanks once again,

Best regards

Hello there been having an issue with BFH from Origin, after lots of chats and troubleshooting steps,
my case was handled by the senior department.
This was their answer:

Hello Ricardo Sousa,

		<p> </p>

		<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width: 100%;"><tbody><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td></tr><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td></tr><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width: 100%;"><tbody><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1">Hey!<br> <br> Okay so I have gotten down to the bottom of this. It was definitely my mistake but I guess I was on the right page of the 2 anti virus companies merging. Here is the internal reading of your PC:<br> <br> c:\program files (x86)\avg\antivirus\x64\aswhooka.dll <br> aswhooka 17.5.3.9168 209,74 KB (214 776 bytes) 25/07/2017 18:35 AVG Technologies CZ, s.r.o. c:\program files (x86)\avg\antivirus\x64\aswhooka.dll   <br> <br> So it looks like the aswhooka.dll  file that is crashing Hardline is actually AVG. Either the anti virus or Hardline updated that ticked off the Anti Virus not trusted the game which is resulting in crashing. <br> <br> At this time, you have to completely remove AVG from your PC and not just disabling it.</td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td></tr></tbody></table>
					</td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td></tr><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> </td></tr></tbody></table>

		<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width: 100%;"><tbody><tr></tr></tbody></table>
		</td></tr></tbody></table>

Is this really possible?! AVG affecting one title only?
I use AVG for a long time, I know that updates sometimes can cause some impact on specific programs, but I have other titles, from Origin, and they all work fine.
Is it the web-based launch method from the game? I told them that I also have BF4, and that runs fine and uses same method.

Thanks in advance to all
