I downloaded the free edition of AVG Anti-Virus earlier this year - 2020 - and recently I downloaded the new edition of this anti-virus. Each time I start to work on my laptop -I get prompts to download it - yet it has already been downloaded. When I click on "download" - it does nothing and then gives the message "program not interfacing with PC" Can anyone help me with this.
