AVG Anti virus keeps asking for licence number..alredy tried fix

Hello Tanya. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you please share the exact error message that AVG reports?

For the last 2 days (4/25/2015) AVG asks me to input my license number… it sems to work after i do this but if I re-boot or use Ccleaner  it asks e to re- enter the number again.
I already used the downloadable program that supposedly fixes the "lost" number due to an update.
But the program did not solve the problem.

I re boot and/or use Ccleaner a few times a day (I play browser games and have to clear cache a lot).
So far today I have had to re-enter my number 4 times.

If anyone knows a fix 
Please post.
