Hi I had to re-install window xp and could not find my paid AVG anti virus that has been paid for so just did a free version of AVG to keep laptop protected, finally found program with my licence, but when I tried to install the program I paid it came up with (Sorry your operating system is not compatable with this AVG download - error code 0xe001f96c) read somewhere that it could be caused by me having the free version installed
