Last year I bought my phone Alcatel Idol 2 with inbuilt AVG Antivirus PRO with 1 year license. Recently after software update by Alcatel to Android 4.4 I discovered that AVG has gone, there is no app on the phone. And I did not do any backups.How can I get back AVG antivirus PRO on to my phone?

Well I just think phone company have nothing to deal with Antivirus inbuilt. It just sold me this packed phone and had no chance to install Antivirus by their good will. I suppose it is the business agreement of AVG and Alvatel to factory install AVG to new phones. All I understand I have spent my money and bought this Antivirus with my phone and now I cant get any help from anyone. And I know that not the big deal to look for license number that was linked to my phone. Even customer-care@help.avg.com told me that "With reference to the previous email , we do see that you have an inbuilt AVG Anti-Virus for the mobile phone that is valid for 1 year" and asked to to look for help here. No help, no questions, no antivirus AVG I buy anymore.

I have tried to ask for help on this link before. But as I already said to customer-care@help.avg.com "Thank you but your link just doesn't working at all. After I fill all the form and click "Continue" nothing happens. Even if I log in as registered user and fill forms again and click Continue just nothing happens, the page remain still."

Hello Dmitry. I think you cannot get back the same offer provided to you by the  phone company. You need to purchase again or you can download the Free AVG Antivirus PRO for Android via Google PlayStore as well you can purchase it too.
