Hi officer in charge,
I have purchased this androids app via my Samsung note7 with annual subscription SGD14.99. Due to recent Samsung worldwide note7 recalled, I have setup this on my replacement Samsung s7.
Pls advise how can my licence transfer to s7 and how to cancel this annual subscription since my note7 is longer existence.
FYI, I have check my account and there was no order history and subscription shown.

We do understand your concern. You can activate the subscripion in your new phone by installing the free version of AVG in your phone. Then open the AVG program installed, you can see an option to sign in to your AVG MyAccount, please sign in to activate the product, You can cancel the annual subscription from the Google Play Store account.
