I bought these AVG products in DEC 2016 valid until DEC 2018. I had a problem with my laptop and was fixed by PC world but they wiped the hard drive clean. I have logged into my account and have downloaded them again but I'm been told that files will expire in 30 days. Why is  this please, if it is valid for 2 yrs??
