J'ai changé de carte sim hier (je suis en déplacement à l'étranger) et mon écran s'est verrouillé (AVG anti virus) : mon mot de passe ne fonctionne pas (j'en suis certaine à 100%) et la procédure de back-up mentionnée sur votre site (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=fr&urlname=Unlock-a-device-locked-by-AVG-AntiVirus-for-Android) non plus malheureusement (pas d'accès aux données mobiles ni wi-fi). Pourriez-vous svp me débloquer l'écran de mon téléphone? Car je suis actuellement bloquée (à l'étranger) sans aucun moyen de pouvoir utiliser mon téléphone. Merci beaucoup.
