AVG Antitrack blocks all browser activity

Disable HTTPS filtering in settings

I've installed AVG Internet Security bundle with AVG TuneUP and AVG AntiTrack. When I went to use my Chrome browser it kept coming back as no internet connection. I have my outlook email that works so I know it's not the internet connection. I've uninstalled everything and rebooted to do a clean install of AVG. After installing it all, the same thing happens. So I decided to turn off the AntiTrack and everything works fine in the browser. Is there something that needs to be done to the AntiTrack settings to allow access to the internet through a browser?

Seriously. I buy a piece of software that is supposed to work on a PC running Chrome as a browser and it doesn't work. It blocks total access to the WEB and your only response from that article is to 'Disable it'. Why do you guys even promote this software in your package. If I would have known that I may need to disable it to use the WEB then I wouldn't have subscribed to it. It's a good thing that this subscription is only paid for one year. Next year I'll cancel and go with ESET.
