AVG AntiTrack Doesn't Load

When I go to open AVG AntiTrack 2 things happen: (1) I am prompted with the windows system dialogue box asking if I want to allow AVG AntiTrack to make changes to this machine (I select YES); (2) A large gray box appears for AntiTrack dashboard but does not populate - it's just all gray. It's kind of like if you opened up AVG but nothing populated, you'd be staring at a completely blank dashboard. 

I've tried rebooting, updating AVG, both to no avail. I'm very open to suggestions as this is quite frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Intel Core i9-9980HK CPU
64 GB RAM

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to look into this & help you.
From your description, it seems that few services are unable to initiate. Hence, the AntiTrack interface isn't loading.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to uninstall AVG AntiTrack & download the latest version of AVG AntiTrack to install it by following the on-screen instructions.
