After upgrade to latest Ventura update today I get a continual pop up message AVG AntiTrack is damaged and can't be opened , then option Move to Bin or Cancel. The pop up doesn't seem to respond. I have uninstalled all AVG, turn off computer with intention to reinstall but this pop up still remains - any advice please ?
