AVG antiTrack or AVG Internet Security is blocking the access to one of my bank providers

Hello Jean,
You've reached the AVG community support forum.
We understand that you suspect that AVG AVG AntiTrack or AVG Internet Security is blocking access to your bank.
We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Could you please confirm if VPN is enabled while you access this bank website? if so, I suggest you to disable VPN and check again.
Could you please let me know the operating system name and version of your device that you are facing this issue?
If AVG AntiTrack or AVG Internet Security is blocking access to your bank provider, it's likely due to a misidentification of the website as a potential threat, and you can usually resolve this by adding your bank's website to the "allowed websites" list within your AVG settings, ensuring your antivirus definitions are up-to-date, or temporarily disabling the AntiTrack feature to verify if it is causing the issue.
How to fix:
Add the website to the allowed list:  Open your AVG settings.
Navigate to the "Exceptions" or "Allowed Websites" section depending on your AVG version.
Add your bank's website URL to the list.
Check for updates:  Ensure your AVG antivirus definitions are updated to the latest version.
Temporarily disable AntiTrack:  Access your AVG settings and temporarily disable the AntiTrack feature.
Try accessing your bank website again.
If the issue is resolved, you may need to fine-tune your AntiTrack settings to allow your bank website.
Also, alternatively, we request you to try Disabling AVG Antivirus and Firewall Protection and check again:
Right-click the AVG icon in the System Tray. This is located in the lower-right corner of the desktop. …
Click Temporarily disable AVG protection.
Choose how long you want the protection to be disabled and whether to disable the firewall as well.
Click OK.
Please do try these steps and let me know if this has helped.
Thank you and keep us updated.
