Dear Ladies, Sirs,
I received the e-mail to renew my AntiTrack subscription.
MYACCOUNT however says AntiTrack is not installed on any device. Strange, for I can see on my Windows PC that it is/was there. Nevertheless I clicked on the button on the right to install. The program started with UNinstall. So indeed it was installed… After the uninstall I clicked on the same button on my subscription-page to install (again). Still the subscription says "not used". I only have Windows PC, no other devices.
Very confusing. What is happening here?
Did I pay 1 year for AntiTrack for nothing at all? If so I would like a refund.
