Hi I had AVG AntiTrak  for Windows installed and it work just fine except that 
my email webmail  Spark Xtra account kept resetting it self so rapidly it was impossible to complete and send an email, A new feature in Spark webmail installed at the last update. was a  floating window for composing emails.  Spark ( formally Telecom NZ ) either cant or wont, tell me how to turn that feature off
The only I was able to prevent this happening was to uninstall Anti Trak .

I did put the spark webpage involved in  exceptions list of AntiTrak but that had no effec.t . 
can anyone help with this please?
