Sent Email and no response for 4 days.....Now I get replies but each one from different people and they answer my questions with questions. I answer but No solutions....I bought AVG Antivirus 2015.06176 for three devises and can only get it loaded on one computer. "AVG Customer Care is Poor" May hve to buy another anti virus.....won't be AVG.
