Hello Barbara,

The auto renewal is still active for your AVG Antivirus and AVG PC TuneUp license.
Recently you have been charged for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp on 3rd April 2018.
Would you like to cancel auto renewal of both the license and get refund of recent charge?

I CANCELLED the automatic renewal to AVG Antivirus and it was confirmed by telling me I would still be covered anyway until the renewal date April 18 this month.  THEN I logged in to recheck and they say I RENEWED it another year!!!  PLEASE verify that I have it CANCELLED!
