My Dr sent me an escript. I am trying to access the scrip via the URL that is in the message from escript but I keep getting a message pop up "AVG Antivirus cannot scan this url while you are offline" and does not go through. I do not understand as I can receive emails, the escript message,I could forward it to my husband and he could access the url. From what I can see, I AM online, my wifi is connected, I have a strong data signal and everything else seems to be working. Any suggestions? I don't recall doing anything different lately. I used one of these escripts fine a few months ago
