Hello Chris,
Sorry to know that your paid AVG program got expired before the expiry date. As you mentioned on your description the details are exactly correct as per our record. I guess you would have installed the trial version and that is the reason it would have got expired and ask you to purchase the license for it. I would request you to activate your trial version by using the AVG antivirus that expires on 2016-10-29 by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1bsLsmy . Please do let us know the status of this. Thank you.
I received an email on October 15 informing me that my antivirus "expired a little while ago". Well, according to My Account, I have two antivirus products and neither one should be expired. One doesn't expire until 2016-10-29 and the other doesn't expire until 2015-11-20. The one that is active is the 2016-10-29 product and I've got the "Auto renewal" turned On. The 2015-11-20 "Auto renewal" is turned Off. Thus, I don't understand why I'm being notified that my antivirus has expired. I don't think that I should have to renew my licence since it hasn't expired and, since I haven't bought a new licence, I don't know why I should have to reactivate. I'd appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you.
