I have been a user of the Free AVG AntiVirus for my iMac desktop computer.   It has worked well for a year or two.

Trying to refresh my AVG Antivirus version (current version is Sept 18 2017 - Ver 17.4, Virus Database = 170928-0)

When trying to update to the current AVG version, i get an error, stating "An error occurred, during updating", with a "Try Again" button.

But it continuously fails.    Solid internet connection, and can get to any website.

Any ideas as to what could be the problem ?
