AVG AntiVirus for Mac

Every time I try to Google something, my AVG AntiVirus pops up and says a threat is secured. Specifically a URL:Mal from https://serviceres.net with some .js extension. It is continuously popping up and I am not sure if this means my computer has a virus. I've run a deep scan a couple of times in the past 17 hours but nothing has come up, so I am not sure what the problem is. What can it be?

It did, however, let me put the image as my profile picture. Let me know if there's a better way to get it to you.

It will not let me upload the screenshot. The window that pops up when it says to choose a file is greyed out and won't let me click anything. I also tried dragging the image straight into the textbox and that doesn't work either.
