Mecm, we certainly understand that AVG AntiVirus free is blocking the remote connections through Ultra VNC but we're not sure which feature in AVG free is causing this issue.
This is the reason we requested you to disable individual components to further narrow down the issue.
I'm also having the same exact issue as described here. What is the solution?
This problem is a few years old and Aug can't solve it!!! What opinion will users have about you after such an attitude!?
I am having the same issue with AVG for Business. The problem is that the AVG dialog box can't be clicked off when it appears on screen.
We have a work around, to activate a chat session via the toolbar. Sending a chat allows access to the mouse to click off the AVG dialog box about 80 percent of the time. But this is just a work around.
If it helps, I have noticed this behavior when we get a Microsoft Teams login box from the task tray too.

I am very sorry, a little over a year ago your nickname (Avinash) already took part in the discussion of such a topic. And you should be aware that the reason for that is the "Self Defense" service. Allow me to refresh your memory. Couldn't your team have reproduced the problem on the test stand and solved it in a whole year!?
Hi Mecm,
We can definitely work on this and find a solution.
Open AVG Antivirus free program. Click on "Menu->About".
Check whether it shows 20.5 version.
Please refer this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Disable-AVG-Antivirus) and disable each components of AVG Antivirus free one by one.
