Hello, i have some ethernet hardware devices connected to my local network and i access them by IP.
Since the last update of AVG, i can't open any of these devices. I have tried to add them to the Exceptions settings "URLs to exclude", e.g. "http://192.168.1.199/*" but still no access. The only solution is to completely disable "Online shiled", which is not good idea.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64
The AVG version is 17.4.3014
Please advise how to fix this issues!

I'm sorry to hear about this, I request you to check which are the AVG programs (control panel > Program and features) you have installed on your computer. Also I request you to repair AVG Protection (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG), update (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-update-AVG) it one more time and reboot your computer once. Hello, i followed your instructions, but still no luck. The Google Chrome developer console shows net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET for every file it requests (html, css, js, png, gif)
I really appreciate your efforts in resolving this issue. At this point there is one more thing which we can try, we can remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. (1/2)

Thank you so much for the screenshots. I request you to add the URL in AVG exception list. Please add the IP URL to the below locations:
-AVG > Menu > Settings > General > Exceptions > Urls
-AVG > Menu > Settings > Components > Online Shield > Customize > Exceptions
-AVG > Menu > Settings > Components > Online Shield > Customize > Script exceptions
Also I request you to disable "HTTPS" scanning from AVG > Menu > Settings > Components > Online Shield > Customize > Main settings.
