AVG Antivirus Free keeps "quarantining" trusted apps (but not really)

Yesterday my AVG AntiVirus FREE started flagging one particular app (which I trust), telling me it was quarantining it. So I checked the quarantine section, but it's not there. It has continued to give me this popup message about the app about every 15 minutes. I have tried restarting my computer and I have also even gone into the Exceptions under Settings and added the full file path as an exeption but it continues to flag it. It's starting to get very annoying.
