AVG AntiVirus Free malware scanning options reduced?

Hello:

I have AVG AntiVirus Free. Have the malware scanning options been reduced to only one (Quick Scan)?

The Scan Computer green button towards the bottom of the dashboard used to have a cog wheel towards its right side. Clicking on the green button would start a Quick Scan, but clicking on the cog wheel would provide several scanning options including Deep Scan. That cog wheel no longer appears. Have the other scanning options besides Quick Scan recently been removed? I used to use the Deep Scan option. Now, the only scanning options seems to be the Quick Scan.

Also, my ‘Last virus scan’ is currently showing on the dashboard as 7 days ago however many times I do a Quick Scan. I think the changes I describe above may have kicked in 7 days ago.

We request you to click on the place where you had the cog wheel for AVG scan settings and see whether you are able to see the scan results.
If yes, click on 'Next' for each results and for performance issues, you can click on "Skip".
Once this is done, check whether you get the cog wheel appearing.
Keep us apprised about the status.
