This seems to have worked!

Perhaps The AVG Zen does not agree with my computer for some reason. Because I had not ever had any problems until Zen was installed.

Thank you for your help.

AVG Zen says, when I turn on my computer "Sorry. An unknown issue has prevented Internet Security from  installing… Error code: 0xE0010002"

AVG says that I need to update my protection, but when I try to it says, "Could not finish automatic state repair. We weren't able to fix one or more components".

When I attempt to Repair my AVG Protection it says "Repair Failed… Error code: 0xE0010002, Description: Event exec_finished".

  1. Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

When I Select OK a popup says "The DNS server "8.8.8.8" is not a valid IP address", and "The DNS server "8.8.4.4" is not a valid IP address".
