To get assistance we suggest you to contact our dedicated support team for AVG products for mobile devices by clicking on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ), choose 'YES' for the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?"(even if you use a 'free' version), and fill out your details, select the OS as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in "Description" please elaborate the issue and finally click on "Email" option. AVG mobile team will provide assistance via email. Thank you.
From remote management i can locate or shout my android phone but when I try to remote lock it, it says "Illegal input was provided".
It used to work to this phone last year.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled the avg app.
I have two more android devices on my avg log in & they work fine.
Help please.
