I regret for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the steps provided below in the same order and check if that removes AVG completely from your computer:
Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.
Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compability)
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer"

I am trying to uninstall a version of AVG free antivirus and i have failed to remove it.
I have tried via windows contol panel nothing happens if i try to restart it it says please waiti until current program is finished uninstalling or being changed, but doesnt do anything.
I have also tried AVG remover and no programs found and continue and still nothing removed
have also tried AVG clear and all it does is scroll with nothing happening.
ive tried deleting the folder but access is denied, need an admin, i am the admin
so please help!

After restart, run AVG Remover and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework,…).
Open AVG_Remover.exe (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe)
User Account control - click "Yes"
Click "CONTINUE"
Select all products, and click "Remove"
Click "Restart" and restart PC
If is displayed dialog window (Open file – Security Warning) after restart, click "Run" and let AVG Remover remove traces
If is AVG Remover asking for restart PC, restart PC again
