We are sorry to know about the inconvenience caused. To resolve the issue, we suggest you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstaller process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then we request you to install AVG Antivirus Free by clicking on http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_Free_692.exe .Follow these steps and please let us know the status. Thank you.

Hi Rajarajan

I've already uninstalled the product using AVG_Remover.exe. No folder "AVG Remover" appears. I re-install the AVG_Antivirus_Free… the same results.

I can't install AVG Antivirus free. Two error messages are prompted:
The program can not start because avgntopensslx.fmw.1.dll missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
The program can not start because avgsysx.fmw.1.dll missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
What can I do???
