AVG antivirus installation fail general error 0x040b

I am using Windows 10 Home. After trying to install AVG antivirus numerous times I am always hit with a failure to install and general error code 0x040b error code 0xE001040B. I uninstalled macafee, Malwarebytes and disabled windows defender. I also tried to research this error code but to no avail. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
