Please update Google DNS server as mentioned below and then try the installation.
1. Please press Windows and R key simultaneously and it opens Run command.
2. Then type "ncpa.cpl" without quotes in it and click on OK button.
3. In Network connections window, please right-click the connection you use, and select Properties.
4. Double-click the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item on the Networking tab.
5. Click on Use the following DNS server addresses option.
6. Enter the IP address in Preferred DNS server as 8.8.8.8 and Alternate DNS server as 8.8.4.4.
7. Click OK to confirm the changes, and then close the window.

Hello there! I reseted my computer after 8 years (Windows Vista).
I am trying to reinstall AVG but keep getting Error code: 0xe0018d06.
I tried downloading the AVG ResetAcces…same luck.
What do I do???
I do not see any way to contact AVG directly here which is kind of annoying after using their protection for 8 years now…
