AVG Antivirus is blocking CleanMyMac X

Hi Terry.
We appreciate your efforts so far. I would request you to contact our technical support team ( https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form ) for help to set an exception and resolve this.

AVG Antivirus won't let me run my paid version of CleanMyMac X. The app is "x"ed out, and if I try to download it again from MacPaw, the download get flagged as containing a virus. MacPaw says this is a false positive from AVG, and that I should exclude CleanMyMac in the AVG preferences. I have done this, but I still cannot run CleanMyMac. Running High Sierra 10.13.6, AVG Antivirus 19.6
