I understand your concern. To best assist you with this, I suggest you to contact our AVG Mobile support. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as platform as "Android" and the name of AVG Program that you have installed in your mobile. In the description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on "Email" option. When filling out your details choose "Yes" for the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.
I have AVG AntiVirus Pro for my Android smartphone. I am billed automatically/annually in October for $14.99. The subscription appears to be through Google. My credit card statement for last November (2016) reads as follows: 10/25 10/26 5543286MV002HJ24D GOOGLE *AVG UK Google Pay Help CA $14.99. I have another account with AVG under the email address of JMarkSchwartz@LoriMarkEnterprises. I would like two actions to take place: (1) Please transfer my Android AntiVirus Pro to my JMarkSchwartz@LoriMarkEnterprises account and (2) please convert the AVG AntiVirus Pro for Android from the automatic credit card debit to a manual billing (like I have for my other AVG products) so I can pay the subscription my self.
