Since AVG has had recent server issues, my Samsung Galaxy keeps asking me to UPGRADE to Pro. I purchased it Jan. 2018. It's working fine on my laptop and tablet, but my cell version keeps wanting me to upgrade. I have been on the phone with AVG the last 3 days…TO NO AVAIL. I'm ready for a refund and go with another company…ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE???

i am sorry but as a customer with avg since 2013 this is unacceptable i have tried to take a screenshot to no avail calling the whole 9 as of the end of this month i an TERMINATING MY LICENSE and also my security on my computer will not renew this too much of a hassle too costly

I request you to wait for 5 hours and check the status of the installation.
We do provide refund if it is within 45 days from the date of purchase. As you have exceeded this time limit, we do not have an option to process refund.

Mark Bowman and Pamela Bolling: I am completely done with AVG. They have been telling lies regarding their products…they do not even have a phone number to call for cellular issues, only email, which is automated and of no use. I have demanded a refund, even though the 45 days have passed. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again! We have paid for a product we are not getting. I am going to make a report with the BBB, even though they are overseas. Just in case someone wants to do some research on what to buy. I am also going to post my issues on Facebook. If I were y'all, I'd do the same. AVG is horrible!!!
