AVG Antivirus Pro - tracking device Android 7

I understand the inconvenience.
I request you to follow the below steps to re-register the device with Anti-Theft,

1. On your device open AVG Antivirus, and then tap menu button the top left corner.
2. Scroll down, Tap on the Anti-Theft.
3. Turn off Anti-Theft using the toggle button.
4. You will get a prompt in the bottom of the screen, Tap on the "Activate Now".
5. You will receive an email with instructions on how to finish the registration.
6. Visit my.avg.com In case you are already logged in, please click Log out in the upper-right corner of the page.
7. Click AVG My Account, fill in your AVG login name and password, and then click Log in.
8. Your device will be available on the Remote Management page.

Hi, I have installed AVG Antivirus Pro version  6.8.3 on Android  6 (S5 mini, G800F)  and Android 7 (Hauwei P9, Samsung j5 2017).
I can use "Track Device", "Locate Device" device on Android 6, but it does not work on Android 7  ("Unable to contact device").     What can i do ?  My device is fully connected on internet.
