_請問貴公司我沒有訂購AVG AntiVirus PRO Xperia，為什麼今天2019年04月20 AM8：29會被扣260元，是怎麼回事，完全沒有問使用者是否需要購買，就直接扣款，這完成是個強盜行為，請貴公司給我一個合理的解釋。

We'd like to inform that the payment status is declined on our end and we did not receive this amount.

Please get in touch with your bank and check whether the amount is actually debited or not. If they say it was debited for AVG, share a screenshot of your bank statement showing the debit against AVG.
