I have AVG Antivirus Pro. I have app lock disabled, however when I want to access an app, AVG pops up with the pn pad to get access. This interferes with app password resets so AVG is in essence making my system unsafe by not allowing password resets due to the pin block out. The switch to the PIN causes the password reset to start again so the whole process goes in circles.
How to get rid of PIN protection on apps when AVG says its disabled. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall?.
Hi Peter,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Initially, please share us the screenshot of the prompt that you receive while attempting to access an app & the page that shows App lock is disabled.
