ON FEBRUARY 3, 2016 I ORDERED AVG ANTIVIRUS PRO AND PAID THE $59.99 WITH MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD. THE TRANSACTION IS SHOWN ON MY 2/10/16 AMERICAN EXPRESS BILLING STATEMENT. MY COMPUTER GIVES ME A MESSAGE THAT I DO NOT HAVE AVG ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION OF ANY KIND. WHAT IS GOING ON? IF YOU STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO APPLY TO MY TWO OTHER COMPUTERS SINCE YOU SAY THAT THIS COVERAGE IS FREE.
ON THAT SAME DAY I TRIED TO PURCHASE AVG PERFORMANCE. WHEN THE TEST WAS RUN IT SHOULD VARIOU THINGS BUT THE ONE THAT CONCERNED ME WAS THE IDENTIFICATION OF 131 GIGABITS ON DUPLICATE FILES. I KNOW I HAVE THESE DUPLICATES FOR USE IN CATEGORIZING MY MOVIES AND PICTURES. I DO NOT WANT THESE ERASED BECAUSE IT TOOK ME A THOUSAND MAN-HOURS TO CREATE THEM. HOW CAN I USE THIS PRODUCT AND AVOID THE ERASHER OF DUPLICATE FILES? I HAVE ONE AND A HALF TERABITES OF MEMORY SO I HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE. PLEASE TRY TO ADDRESS MY PROBLEMS AS DELINEATED ABOVE.
