I have upgraded my android mobile AVG Antivirus Free to Pro. The payment was done from my mobile using Google Play and registered at my google account (Google email address). I anticipated that the upgrade came automatically. Obviously this did not happen so I started to investigate why. I think the problem is that I normally use another mail address rather than the Google mail address.
On my PC I have AVG software installed but these software are connected to my normal email account. From here I could see all my AGV products (including AGV Free only).
How can I transfer the payment from my google account to my normal mail account so the Pro upgrade comes active?
