bought today AVG Antivirus Ultimate. On my smartphone the Program doesn't connect my account by using my mail address. Always receive the message that Password / account name is incorrect. If I log in via webside the password is correct. Also on my Computers I am able to login.
If I use the activation key it does accept the key, however if I want to use some features it always wants me to enter mail and password, but if I do so it tellls me account name/ password is incorrect.
Any Idea what is wrong?
