I am sorry to hear that. From the version 6.x, Anti-Theft is connected to the my.avg.com portal, so that you can manage all your licenses and also manage and track your mobile device from one place.
I request you to logon to my.avg.com with the my account login credentials. You will be able to find your device registered already.
Please go to settings in the main page where you will find anti-theft tab now you will be able to reset your PIN. Once after PIN reset you can enter the same on your device and unlock your device.
