Please click on (https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=en_US&retUrl=support_Android_AVG_Antivirus) fill your details, select as Android, then name of AVG Program that you installed.
In the description please explain your issue & click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back with a solution via email as soon as possible.

I have locked Apps that are not really being locked. Very frustrating. I can easily open them without any pin or pattern even though they showed as locked on AVG
