AVG App started to randomly pops up since 11/7/25

The program will always pops up like it is urgent but there is absolutely nothing important, usually it runs in the background happily but now it takes priority from whatever I was doing including typing this

no app update since Oct 7, have repaired the app

Does anyone experience this too?

Yes I have this and I have a seperate thread running that mentions it. Try report it to tech support as the more who report, the more chance they fix it

I uninstalled and reinstalled, it seems to have fixed the issue.
