AVG are crediting my Bank A/c without my permission or my buying updates

Hi, Laurette.
We'd be glad to help you. We notice that you bought AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Internet Security twice, probably because you were unaware that you already have them. Among them, one set of AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Internet Security licenses were automatically renewed because you accepted for it when signing up for the first time. We have also sent a notification email about the upcoming automatic renewal 30 day prior to the date of charge, which also includes instructions to cancel.

Our refund team will process a refund for the recent charges of A$ 81.99 and A$ 53.99 from 29th Aug 2018 and 6th Sep 2018 respectively. You still have another set of AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp licenses active until 11th June 2019 and 14th July 2019 respectively. As per our 30 day refund policy, we could not process refund for these two subscriptions. However, we have canceled automatic renewal for these subscriptions and assure you will not be charged further.

Please let us know if you need any assistance to install and active AVG products on your PC.

AVG are still crediting monies from my bank account. I have tried many times to cancel AVG security because of this. I will take all printed copies to the bank to seek help to cancel all AVG automatically charging me for security which was previously free. For the last two years monies have been automatically deducted from my account in the name of ....Digital River Ireland. I am on Welfare now and cannot afford these credits to my account.....Please how can I wipe out ,or unsubscribe to AVG security immediately.
