I purchase AVG securevpn with a subscription valid until December 2021.

I have tried to activate it because it is already installed in my MacAir OS X

However, every time I had been trying to activate it, which I have made a dozen times, I am asked to pay for it.

HAS ANYONE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM?
