Hi there, I've been in a chat for 2 hours because my AVG asks for an upgrade but I paid the full version. It seems that AVG has no access to data for this. one 'support"wanted to check my computer in remote, failed and he threw me out of the chat, I tried another chat and this person told me to just ignore the notifications but of course that didn't work. Because of this AVG is useless to me. I thought AVG could check their data, I mean, they do have files of me to check that? for 2 hours I've tried and I'm on the verge of cancelling my subscription (Ultimate). It's rather strange they can't just dig up my files?
