We'd like to clarify this for you, Boris.
Ransomware Protection, available in the latest version of AVG Internet Security and AVG AntiVirus FREE, prevents your personal photos, documents, and files from being modified, deleted, or encrypted by ransomware attacks.
You're received this pop up, as VLC attempted to play a song which is protected by Ransomware shield. Since, you've allowed the VLC app to access those protected files, you're not receiving this pop up.

(Windows}AVG asks me :
vlc.exe is trying to change or delete the file … in your protected Desktop folder.
What would you like to do? 
Block APP     Allow APP

I clicked Allow APP.
After that I checked VLC with AVG - no problem found.

I tried to attach a screenshot to original AVG email but I got

AVG is informing you that VLC is changing the mentioned mp3 file.
Did you get the pop up again after allowing?
