AVG Auto-renewal

I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that no payment was requested or denied on 1st March.  I have a copy of my bank statement and it shows that there were definately funds available.
Also, when I log into my AVG account, which I have just done to de-activate my auto-renewal as I am not happy with the service, when I click on Order History' it says there are no records of any orders or subscriptions, which is clearly not the case as I originally ordered the product a year ago, and received email reminders about auto-renewal! So it now appears that I can't turn off the auto-renewal as it is saying I haven't ordered anything.  Totally ridiculous and a waste of my time.  Can you please look into this and let me know what has happened to my order history, my email and personal details have not changed so it is clearly an error your end.
I would appreciate this being sorted out as soon as possible.

Hi, my licence expired on 16th March, as I have auto-renewal activated on my account, I received an email to say that I didn't need to do anything and would have continued protection, this hasn't happened though! - after the email below, I received another one to say the product has expired and I need to renew it so at present I have no cover, and have picked up several viruses meanwhile!  Not impressed at all!  What has gone wrong?  Sufficient funds were in my account but the renewal fee was not taken out?

We&#39;ll simply charge this extension to the payment method you used for your original purchase and then email you a confirmation of this transaction. It doesn&#39;t get any easier than that!</font></p>

Emma, I suggest you to click on "products" tab after you log in to your AVG My account to view your product details. As your license was already expired, you might not be able to turn the auto renewal off.
